How does Safr use my Oura data?

With your explicit consent, Safr reads body-temperature and related trends from your Oura account and combines them with the cycle history you log to estimate fertile and non-fertile windows and provide daily insights. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I connect or disconnect Oura?

You can connect Oura from within Safr using Oura's secure sign-in. To disconnect, open Safr's settings and remove the Oura connection, or revoke access from your Oura account at cloud.ouraring.com. When you disconnect, we delete the Oura-derived data we hold.

How do I export my data?

In the app, go to Settings → Your data → Export my data. Safr builds a structured JSON copy of the data stored on your device and lets you save or share it. If you have trouble, email us and we'll help.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete all my data. This wipes your on-device data, opts out and resets anonymous analytics, detaches advertising attribution, and requests deletion of server-side analytics records tied to your device. You can also email chenglin@growlabsllc.com to request deletion. We delete or anonymize your personal data, except limited records we're legally required to keep.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

Is Safr a form of birth control?

No. Safr is an educational cycle- and fertility-awareness tool. It is not a contraceptive, does not prevent pregnancy, and is not a medical device. No fertility-awareness method is 100% accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or family-planning decisions.
